MarkerJobs.Com will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber and the subscriber guarantees and confirms that all information / data collected from the website will be solely used for job placement and will not be used to sell or promote any products or services, Subscriber further guarantee’s and confirms that all data / information’s / products/services will not be sold to other / third party without prior written consent from MarkerJobs.Com.

MarkerJobs.Com shall place the information relating to vacancies in the Hot Vacancies & such other classified sections on the website or such other mirror or parallel site(s) or in allied publications as MarkerJobs.Com may deem fit and proper The insertion so displayed in the classified section of MarkerJobs.Com shall be for a fixed period as defined at the time of rendering the service and no replacement of vacancies will be permitted within the fixed period, any replacement sorted will be considered / counted as fresh posting.

The subscriber/Recruiter shall be deemed to give an undertaking to MARKERJOBS.COM that the jobs sought to be advertised on the classified section of MarkerJobs.Com are in existence, are genuine and that the subscriber / recruiter has the authority to advertise for such jobs and guarantee that there will be no fee charged from any person who responds to jobs advertised on the classified section of MARKERJOBS.COM for processing of applications / responses from such person and any such fees charged will be the sole decision of the recruiter and MARKERJOBS.COM will not be held responsible for the same. MARKERJOBS.COM reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, and prominence, and depiction, classification of the classified section of MARKERJOBS.COM at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever and without giving any notice.
